Seat does not lock Into place: Tracking Lever Cable on lower brake clutch area is frayed and needs to be replaced, and 
brake assembly adjusted. Wire Cable P/N 302303-648 and Swage P/N 401-4 
Front area on base shroud aluminum bracket is torn out of place and needs to be repaired.
