attached is the updated Steven's Maintenance quote for CPDLC and 36month inspection, 
During review of Stevens aviation original quote, there were line items for Interior removal which they listed 
as "Time and material", Pete and I requested a price quote so it wasn't a blank check. 
There is 1 option That is not required during the CPDLC install which is quoted at $7400 for AFIS retention 
(automated flight information service), this allows weather updating using the current Honeywell FMS, such 
as destination weather. 
If we were keeping the airplane I certainly would include this item, but since we are selling, I could have 
Stevens remove this option from the quote, unless the new buyer is willing to pay for this option? 
$358k is total for CPDLC and 36month inspection „ the only open additional expense We will be, for repairs 
of items found during the 36 month inspection. 
Pete and I are currently working a further discount from Stevens of approximately $5k to $10k off there 
36month quote which was $60k in the attached Stevens quote.
