A representative from NYU told ICIJ that the NYU School of Medicine had no involvement with Scraggy Neck Investments or Huntington Investments Holdings and that Dr. Kelly, who is a former employee of the university, was the person connected to the companies. “We have spoken with Dr. Kelly, who confirmed that the relationship was between him, Huntington Investment Holdings, and Scraggy Neck Investments, and the NYU School of Medicine had no involvement.
