Andrea is now asking me to come to Vienna on September 2nd (previously we agreed that I would come during 
the last week of August to help with the preparation and organization). they sent me the agenda and the 
conference info (in the attachment) and said everything has been done by them already - I asked previously when 
we spoke with her if I could do anything to help/ organize and she said that I should come end of August to 
help...

Dear Svetlana, 
Just tried to reach you on your mobile phone but unfortunately was not able to get a hold of you. 
Andrea told me that you will be coming to Vienna and support us with the big conference on PANDEMICS in Geneva on 
September 12th. 
As discussed with Andrea, we suggest that you arrive on September 2nd (Wednesday) in Vienna and leave from Geneva 
back to New York on September 13th. I will be happy to book the flight for you from Vienna to Geneva (September 10), 
so we can all be on the same flight, but I would kindly ask you to make the arrangements for your flight NY — Vienna and 
Geneva — NY. 
For accommodation I recommend the Hotel RADISSON BLU at Herrengasse: http://www.radissonblu.com/stylehotel-

It is right next to the IPI office. 
Manon (copied on this e-mail) is organizing the seminar in Geneva right now and will send you an updated agenda. We
