Mr. Epstein was indicted by a state grand jury after a one year investigation for 
solicitation of prostituion. No/more no less. He was accused and was willing to 
admit hiring prostitutes to come to his house. Prostitutes from Florida, in his palm 
beach home. The palm beach police , unhappy with the result of the grand jury, 
took their complaint to the local Assistant U. S Attroney Ann Maire Villafana . An up 
and coming forty something women that lived with her boyfriend. Though all the 
actions and actors, were local to Florida, Ms. Vilafana saw an opportunity to make a 
name for herself. Her repuation sullied in the past by being chastised by judge Zloch 
lying to he court. 
In this instance Ms. Vilafana , brough the entire weight of the federal gov;"t tto bear. 
Though there was no allegeations of crossing state lines. Mr Epstein lived in new 
york and florida. She threatned to charge him for the first time in us. History , with 
the crime of TRAVELING OT HIS OWN HOME for the purpose of having underage 
sex. No matter that the gilrs in question were young prostituties above the age of 
16. The age of consent in new york and the surrounding staes. No matter that he 
traveled to florida almost everyweekend , because his mother lived there, she 
threatened Mr Epstein with the following. 
We add that his legal defense team , comprised of luminaries in their field, all to the 
man or women , said that they had never, ever , seen a threatened prosectution that 
was so far afiled of the bounds of both federalism and the law. 
The threat of extortion is clear. Ms Vilafana demanded , always with the threat of a 
federal indictment cocked in her gun and repeatedly threatened to be lauched mr 
Epstein would to avoid that bullet, have to agree to the following . As you read the 
next few paragraphs, you will be tempted to say, no, that's impossible, that is the 
same reaction by each and every member of his defense team That team comprised 
of both conservatives. Ken Starr, former solicitor general, now dean of peperdin 
university, Roy Black, the trila lawyer made famous for his defense in the Kennedy 
sex case, Alan dershowitz, the Harvard law professor„ Guy lewis , former U.s Attny 
for the southern district, Jay Lefokowzit the partnef of Kirkland and Ellis , held to be 
the top litiagation team in the U. S., Jerry LEfcourt, former head of the National 
defense council. All to the man were in the end helpless to deal with an assistant U.s 
Attny that demanded the following. We have noever spoken out about this, but the

ms. Vilafanas choosing , a list of girls that she said, without allowing a 
challenge or presenting any evidence, would have to pay each giril a 
minimum of 50 thousand dollars, and he would have agree to the list before 
he saw the names and would only have access to it until he was behind bars.

3. he would have to go to the state and ask them to give him a jail sentence and 
craft an additional charge . she included a selection for mr Epstein to choose 
from, as long as he would be required to register as a sex offender..HE would 
not have the opportunity to even have the theory of her case. It was do this 
or else , both he and his three assistants and girlfriend would all be charged 
with federal crimes.

of Florida. 
5. So the argument that she crafted was , as there were on the federal books 
laws against traveling to Thailand to have sex with underage boys or girls, 
and because Thailand , did not have the resources to stop people in the 
united staes from traveling to their country to exploit children„, yes children, 
10-14 year olds in most instances, Ms vilafana said she would charge Epstein 
with traveling to florida, for he purpose of having sex with 17 year old girls 
for money. Traveling for the purpose of having sex, traeling to his home of 12 
years. Traveling to the place where hismother and friends all vacactioned. 
The defense team consistently met with , if you don't do as I ask I will indict 
him, DO you want to take a chane with a jury of locak poor people. 
6. I f that were not inique enough she also threatened to use the statute that 
prevents child predators from surfing the internet, and claim that as mr 
Epsteins secretairy called to set up massage appointment using a phone ( a 
means of interstae commerce, he could be charge with an internet luring 
offense tha carried with it a mandatory sentence of ten years, . Yes , if he saw 
them on the street in florida or new york , a misdemeanor, if he called them 
on the phone while they stood across the street a, under her view a ten year 
minimum federal prison term. 
7. Though there was no intercourse involved , she also threatened to use the 
most vicious of crimes sthat of sex slavery, for girls who wnet to their friends 
in school and said ,hey , woul d you like to give a topless massage to an older 
man in palm beach.. These were the girls that came to his house. He never 
went out searching, he never searched the internet, the police report staes 
that the girls told them they were 18.. the alleged fourteen year old , whose 
picture on the internet listed her self proclaimed age as 18 and then 19, also 
had sworn to the police, before here was any talk of money, that she was told 
to lie about her age and she did, because s the statement goes on to say" Mr. 
Epstein wouldnot let you in the ohouse if ehe thought youwre under 18. 
8. Girls who gave statements to the police and fbi, how there was never any 
force or coercion, the single girl that did later apoligzed to mr Epstein saying 
the police wanted her to say something bad so she did. The fbi statement 
form one of the current Jane Does, is as follows.. a girl that advertised her 
sex servies in a sex mag,, worked in the local masssge parlor , way before she 
met mr epstein, now claims all her emotional damge on him. 
9. Unbekownset to most people the usattrney was able to get all mr Epstein 
madecal records. In an attemmp to show wrongding„ she also threatened to 
charge him with money laundereing though the money he spent on 
prostitution was soley his own and after tax. She threatened to charge him

with running an illegal money wiring business though he never had one.. She 
subpoened his investigator, and asked for his telephone records in an 
attmemtp to find out what investigation he was doing on behalf of the girls. 
She organized an attorney to reprsent one of the girls that was being 
subponaed in the state case.
