03/07/2007 Dr. Thomas Aquinas Rofrano, chiropractor, date of birth Social Security Account Number was interviews a his lace of em lo ment, Natural Medicine Center, Inc., alm Beach Gardens, Florida, telephone Rofrano was advised of the identity of the interviewing agent and purpose of the interview. Rofrano voluntarily provided the following information: Rofrano performed chiropractic treatments for Jeffrey Epstein on approximately 3 or 4 occasions. Epstein visited the Natural Medicine Center once and Rofrano traveled to Epstein's Palm Beach, Florida residence two or three times to treat Epstein's back and knee. Epstein's knee suffered a meniscus injury. The treatments at Epstein's residence were conducted in the first floor living room area which overlooked the swimming pool. Rofrano could not recall specific names of other individuals he encountered at Epstein's residence but advised that Epstein's secretary (name unknown) was present and w nt u•stairs to r ceive a massage from Females in their mid-20's and unknown staff were also observed at the residence during Dr. Rofrano's home members visits. , performed massage therapy for Epstein and his staff members on numerous occasions. was frequently requested based on her skills as a massage therapist. Fees were approximately $100.00 for a massage conducted by Dawn and $300.00 or higher for an adjustment by Dr. Rofrano. At the conclusion of the interview, Rofrano was served with a Federal Grand Jury Subpoena for his appearance, with documents, at the U.S. District Courthouse, 701 Clematis Street, West Palm Beach, Florida, on March 13, 2007.
