criminal matter of State Government  Corruption'That has been occurring in the life of a member of your 
community over a 27 year period, and is still current, active and present in that persons life in the present

continuously denied I placed the Business plans on hold and commenced the construction and development 
of my own fashion design business J Monequic, as i continued to seek funding for the previous medical 
business plan developments. In 2013 I discovered that the Medical Business Plans had been a target of 
Intellectual Property Theft and I had been experiencing numerous cases of targeted Fraudulent Activity, 
Sexual targeting and Police Targeting, which were affecting my ability to establish my career as a 
Professional Business owner, Sources of Funding and my personal life. 
i am qualified in Business Management, Business Administration, a Published Author with Austin 
Macaulay Publishers, London and was accepted into the Venture Dorm Program with the Flinders 
University by Dee Edwards in 2020. I also became a part of the Eventbrite, Women in Business 
Association in 2019, when 1 re-located to Kadina fmm Adelaide, following the diagnosis of my father,

suffering from Terminal Cancer, and the discovery that my partner at the time, having met 
him in 2018, an employee of the Adelaide University, Director of Research, Professor Vincent Bulone was 
involved in the targeted illegal activity that had affected my life causing untold damage while residing in

tacted a intellectual Property Lawyer seeking Legal Assistance and Legal Advice - Johnson Lawyers. 
I was advised to collect documented evidence regarding the people's involvement in the Medical Business 
Plans development and seeking funding. 
In 2013 1 obtained a Letter of involvement, Roger Kirchner, Director of the Port Pirie Hospital and Secret

Board, listing the Business advisors involved and submitted both Letters of involvement to the Intellectual 
Property Lawyer, Johnson Lawyers, John James, who then denied the involvement of Roger Kirchner in the 
Medical Business Plans development. This denial alerted me to Suspicious Activity occurring involving the 
intellectual Property Theft of the business plan (Cover up), and the illegal activity that had been targeting 
numerous accounts resulting in missing monies (Source of income and funding) and Fraudulent Activity.

USB does not contain any malware and was constructed on a computer that is not connected to any Internet 
source or is infected by malware, so will not pose a risk to any computer. The first USB of documented 
reports and files provided to you prior to this second appointment was also constructed from the same 
Computer, not connected to any Internet source or infected by malware, and also posed no risk to any

I am oontactingyou to submit Community developments and Government business developments, which 
I thought may be of interest to you and you could implement and place into the right hands for further 
development and opportunity. 
BAs submitted in previous contact in your office, the suggestions oftommunity developments involving the 
development of KFC, Millers Clothing store and a Spend less Shoes store which I believe would be 
beneficial to this area as a growing commodity of conveniences and further employment in the region I 
would like to discuss these potential interests further. 
In reference to the development of the KFC store I would like to suggest the location of the establishment 
as being developed on the corner of the Aldi Supermarket carpark, next to the round about across from 
Cheap as Chips, as a potential growing commodity for this region. 
As you know the region statistically is made of an older generation who regularly travel to Port Pirie for the 
conveniences of KFC, Millers clothing store and Spend less shoes, which takes the money (spending) 
from our region and reduces our economic growth. Within the older generation there is also the 
Inconvenience of travel arrangements to travel to these regions, which to me would make perfect sense to 
provide such conveniences to this region to not only sustain the populations spending habits but also to 
assist in economic growth and creating employment in this region, which would greatly be beneficial as a 
whole. 
•7`; In 2007 - 2909 I conducted a Statistical overview into Professionals in various rural regions, their spending 
habits anethe reasons as to why these regions do not attract Professionals to the areas or remain in 
these areas past there contracted dates.•Discovered within the Statistical Overview were the reasons.

These two points of interest were high on that list, which prompts you to address these issues and find 
solutions. 
In reference to the Millers Clothing store and Spend Less Shoes I would like to suggest the location,of the 
proposed developments as being in the vacant commercial buildings situated across from the 
Commonwealth Bank. In reference to this commercial building, these two developments could be the start 
of a small shopping mall of Specialised shops established, that could grow as time proceeded and further 
specialised shops were attracted to this region. In turn this would also address the Statistical Overview 
results of convenience and employment and also assist in the economic growth of Kadina. Establishing 
these conveniences in this region would also ensure that the spending habits of this community remained 
here in Kadina and they were no longer travelling to Port Pirie, where the wealth of our community is being 
spent. From my analysis of talking with the local people of this community these shopping conveniences 
have been recognised as being high on the list of their reasons to travel to Port Pine.

I would like to now address the further developments submitted, Government developments addressing 
the issues of Cross contamination of Microbial Infections, which is a project I have written in an Executive 
Summary of the concept only, but have not completed past that point. Within this development I have 
included the issue of the current Coronavirus, which you know is a cross contamination of contact which is 
reducing economic growth, health risks to the public, employment and numerous other issues here in 
Australia. I am aware of the Immunisation Scheme which is appearing to be affective but is also still 
incurring some hurdles and problems through the fear of the public, and infections are still ongoing and 
current and creating the problem of loss of employment, closed borders, restricted travel and numerous 
other problems. The development that I have submitted is designed to work in conjunction with the 
Immunisation Scheme, which will assist in reducing the cross contamination within the hotspots of the 
sites of cross infection (contamination) within public locations. The implementation of this development in 
conjunction with the Immunisation Scheme should greatly reduce the current issues that are ongoing and 
reoccurring constantly and enable Australia to contain the issue by addressing the hotspots of the 
contamination within the public sectors, and enable the process of containing this issue to increase 
rapidly. The project has been addressed as the target market of the Australian Pharmaceutical Company 
as the developer and supplier of the implemented application of the development, which would also 
greatly benefit Australia's economic growth within an Australian Company. I encourage you to read the 
concept carefully for consideration and implement your contacts within the Government to consider this 
development further. 
The second Government development that I have submitted addresses the issue of food wastage in 
farming and supermarkets and Government spending (overheads) for public establishments, which 
include Prisons, Public Hospitals, Rehabilitation Centres, Detention Centres, just to list a few. As with the 
first development of the cross contamination project this project has been written into an Executive 
Summary of the concept only and will require further development. I have listed the advantages for the 
Government, the potential of the development, benefits to the population and environmental factors, which 
I feel addresses some very important current issues. The development is designed to be established in 
Metropolitan areas and produce to be collected from Metropolitan areas and regional areas and delivered 
to the Distribution Centre for sorting and distribution of the produce to the addressed locations listed as 
an example. The establishment of the Distribution Centre not only addresses the issue of food wastage, 
Government overheads (spending in the public sector), Public consumption, environmental factors of 
landfill but also creates numerous employment opportunities, which in turn also decreases Government 
spending for Centrelink recipients, and boasts the Governments economic growth. I encourage you to 
read the concept carefully for consideration and implement your contacts within the Government to 
consider this development further. 
I am currently not available for consultation and discussion concerning these submitted business 
developments as I am caring for my father who is currently undergoing cancer treatment once more, but 
will be available to conduct a meeting with you to discuss these projects after the 30th September 2021.
