• Dear
titt5tIt'Ke
;n light of recent deliveries we just wanted to confirm the functions of this office — we are here to advocate for
changes to legislation and to assist in constituents dealing with bureaucracy. We have been pleased to assist you
with regard to the latter in your complaint with health care.
ile Fraser appreciates you keeping him info, tad of your other venture he does have limited time to consider
all of your correspondenca *especially with a heavily pregnant partner and his first child on the warMith the
greatest of respect, it would assist the workflow of this office If you could make an effort to limit correspondence to
irf direct relation to the two primary functions of this office. If you have any queries in relation to legislative change
or bureaucratic challenges please reach out to the office.

! write in response to your correspondence of 14/11/23 detailing your Interest In developing
a not-for-profit support organisation and trauma centre on Yorke Peninsula. Your endeavour
------
to directly assist and support victims of crime, trauma, abuse and grief is commendable, as

qualified (nor permitted) to provide such a service and that my office can only serve as a

Best wishes as you progress development of your proposed trauma support group and
advisory initiative.
I also appreciate you enclosing the `Market Research Only/Seeking Expressions of Interest"

I advise that in order to meet parliamentary guidelines and our legal requirements it is
requested that the unauthorised use of the Fraser Ellis MP images depicting photocopied
2022 Thank You election material be deleted from it.
I also advise that the description of me as the "only senator in Australia to assist the
targeted victim" is incorrect. I am the elected representative for Narungga electorate In the
House of Assembly of the South Australian Parliament but am not a Senator.
I also caution the use of the image of the front page of the Yorke Peninsula Country Times
