Yes, Licensed InvesUgators have a statutory privilege. They are restricted 
by law from discussing your matter without your written permission. If you 
want the investigator to testify concerning the facts of the investigation, you 
must give permission. If subpoenaed, the investigator will not, and cannot 
testify, without such permission.

How am' billed for services? 
We use a Time Slips billing program. Our detailed billing is generally mailed 
or e-mailed to clients at the end of each month, or matter, depending on 
which comes firsts. Most assignments are billed by the hour. Some security 
related assignments may be billed on a flat fee basis, depending on the 
client agreement. Generally, fees and any actual expenses are billed against 
a retainer.

reports and updates. They may be verbal, e-mall, fax, mall or a 
combination of these methods. Reporting methods vary depending on the 
assignment and venue where the work Is performed.

Experience 
• Retained to locate a fugitive from US Justice hiding in Colombia 
for many years. Within two weeks, our investigator penetrated 
the fugitive's organization and Identified his whereabouts. 
• Retained to locate and recover assets in the US and South 
America as result of a major bank fraud in the case of Raul 
Garcia-Granados. Our investigators identified and helped to 
seize property and bank accounts in the United States and 
Central and South America. 
• We were asked to protect a high-ranking bank officer in Panama 
RP, after there was a threat by money launderer in retaliation 
for the officer strictly reporting laundering violations. 
• During the Gulf War, we developed and managed an 
accelerated Q clearance testing program at one of the nation's 
Plutonium sites, at the request of the US Department of 
Energy. At the same time, we lectured DOE executives on 
personal protection. 
• We have been retained to Identify, stop, and prosecute many 
celebrity stalkers. Convictions have resulted in Florida, New
