Ross Gow of Acuity Reputation, who I have retained to deal with press enquiries, tells me that you have sent 
him the following list of questions. 
My condition of answering those questions is that you print this reply in full. I've answered in a narrative 
form, which I hope will make sense both to you and to your readers. I've tried to keep it succinct. 
We don't know each other but I am familiar with the world of journalism and there is an obvious temptation 
for journalists to sensationalise their stories, so, as a precaution, I've sent a copy of this letter to Vanity Fair's 
Editor in Chief Graydon Carter. 
Driving straight to the heart of the matter, the allegations that have been made against me are part of an 
attempt by 
and her lawyer, S 
to extort money from me. This follows an 
unsuccessful attempt by them at blackmailing me. To spice up the story they have made allegations about 
HRH Prince Andrew. They are untrue. 
You must be aware that Mr 
' former partner, 
is now serving a 50 year prison term 
for creating false cases of a sexual nature against Mr Epstein and then using those fabricated cases to 
obtain money by deception in a Ponzi scheme. You know that Mr 
destroyed people's lives with his 
fantastic and untrue suits and that in pursuit of his evil plans . You will be aware that Mr. 
now, 
himself faces serious litigation with severe consequences 
' allegations only emerged at the time that 
was creating false claims and 
years atter the alleged misconduct . The releasing of the allegations to the national press only occurred after 
I refused to make any payments to silence Ms 
or her attorneys because the allegations were utterly 
false. As you will be aware, it is also believed to be the case that she has been paid a large sum of money by 
at least one British national newspaper. That represents a further incentive to make false claims. 
If you write a balanced article, you will be bound to record that Ms 
has made a previous claims of

sexual harassment totally unrelated to Mr Epstein and which was not proceed with because the police took 
the view she had no credibility. 
You will also, presumably, draw attention to the fact that, prior to filing her civil suit against Mr Epstein, Ms 
fled the US to avoid being arrested for grand theft. police report availble 
All in all, given her record, which includes a number of other entirely fabricated events (of which I have no 
doubt you will be aware and will reflect) I assume you will treat what she says with great scepticism. 
All the untrue events are alleged to have happened ten years ago. Until those allegations emerged i had no 
recollection of Ms 
at all. I couldn't have picked her out in a crowd or, perhaps more relevantly in her 
case, in an identity parade. After some thought, i recalled that I first met Ms 
when she was working 
at a 
, claiming to be 18 years old and a professional masseuse. As part of his health 
programme, Mr Epstein had regular massages and employed both female and male masseuses. Ms 
always came to Mr Epstein's property with either her mother or fiancé in attendance, sometimes both. I was 
aware of no improper conduct and none was brought to my attention. 
When it comes to Ms 
allegations about her time in London, I can't say I remember her at all and 
neither can I remember flying with her. I fly many thousands of miles a year all over the world in many 
different aircraft. 
Of course, I've seen the photograph of the Duke of York with 
but I have absolutely no 
recollection at all of the photograph being taken and cannot say who took it. 
I've met the Duke of York on a number of occasions but whenever I've seen him he has been properly attired 
and I have no knowledge of naked pool parties at Mr Epstein's Palm Beach estate or elsewhere. 
I do not share any homes with Mr Epstein and he does not support me in any way. To put this in context my 
relationship with Mr Epstein ended over a decade ago and since then I have had a long term relationship. Mr 
Epstein's imprisonment and the circumstances to which that related occurred over 5 years after our 
relationship had ceased.
