work on a framework agreement covering the parameters of any future collaberation . However, with 
your consent I have given the go ahead for our staff member to travel to Pakistan on 26 April, with the 
understanding that the costs of this mission will be reimbursed .

We found the conversation in Strasbourg invaluable and definitely plan to formalize an engagement for IPI to
