I'm really quite excited as I think I have brokered quite an important deal between Dyn Corp and Finatech 
(owned by Othman Benjelloun) to provide crucial support for the airforce. Don't want to write too much on 
email. But it could be seriously good for me. 
Incidentally, there is an offer of E30m on Bin Ennakhil. Are you still interested. My guess is that it will be turned 
down. Marc Leon tells me that Kiss is still looking for offers around E50m. Frankly in this troubled world we 
live in, I would grab the cash, but he is obviously quite stubborn and looking for his price (for the moment). 
Roberto Rossi has almost finished a brand new house in Bab Atlas which he plans to market for El 5m. It's not 
my style of architecture, but it's nevertheless impressive with huge ceilings, 70 metre swimming pool and some 
wow bathrooms. 
Are you planning to come over anytime soon? The weather is absolute perfection at present.
