this is bullshit, I am really rally annoyed. first you dont take care of yourself. and you get sick. you eat 
shitty food and excercise only intermittently, then you cant help at work because you are sick and i tell you its 
ok, but its important that you stay and get well you keep saying you are not sick while your nose runs and your 
sound terrible then contrary to what i told you , you continue to go out postponing getting better - delaying 
your return to work , because you are stubborn and do not want to stay at home by yourself and pay the 
consequences for being irresponsible, . you have a job you are well taken care of„ and you decide to risk it , 
because you refuse to listen. . I am very annoyed and dissapointed, I would have thought that you knew how 
much i was depending on your help and you decide to totally ignore what i told you and continue on the path to 
a very very sad place .
