I don'k know if I just sent this to you or back to Trent. We tried to get in touch with Kranz for 2 days and this is
what we got. Pm thinking it is probably best to pay the $60,000.00 because it is cheaper than leagl fees to win.
Your thoughts?

National City Bank is unwilling to release Dr. Alexander from his Guaranties for anything less than set
forth in my previous correspondence to you. Please advise if Dr. Alexander intends to go forward with
the Settlement Agreement. If he does not, we will litigate the deficiency after the foreclosure sale or
after the short sale.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Sincerely,

Mr. Kranz
It has come to our attention that the bank intends to release Michael Harman without requiring any payment
from him at a closing set for tomorrow. Dr. Alexander is not willing to pay $60,000 when Michael Hardman
pays nothing. Is the bank willing to release Dr. Alexander under the same terms as Michael Hardman?
Please advise as soon as possible.
