Synopsis: (U) Request approval for NY agent and TFO to travel to West 
Palm Beach, FL to confer with FBI PBCRA regarding caption case and 
conduct witness interviews as necessary. 
Details: 
FBI New York requests permission for SA 
TFO 
to travel from 1/15/19 to 1/18/19 to West Palm Beach, FL to confer 
with FBI Palm Beach County Resident Agency (PBCRA) office and conduct 
witness interviews as necessary in caption case. SA 
and TFO 
will be traveling with AUSA 
and AUSA 
from the Southern District of New York (SDNY). VCAC HQ 
will cover the cost of travel under EAN 457356.1 for SA 
and TFO 
on this trip. 
By way of background, the SDNY contacted FBI NY regarding several 
victims that had been sexually abused by JEFFREY EPSTEIN in the mid 
2000's. EPSTEIN invited minors into his residences, one of which was 
located in Manhattan, and paid them to provide massages to him which 
turned sexual in nature. Afterwards, EPSTEIN paid the minor $200 and 
up. EPSTEIN wanted the minors to bring other minors to massage him. 
EPSTEIN would also have an assistant in New York set up appointments

for minors to go to EPSTEIN's other residences outside of New York. In 
2008, EPSTEIN plead guilty in state court in Palm Beach, FL for one 
count of solicitation of prostitution and one count of solicitation of 
prostitution with a minor under the age of 18. 
In light of the above, the writer respectfully requests the approval 
of travel for SA 
and TFO 
through the NY chain of 
command. Additionally, the writer respectfully requests the SAC of 
Miami concurrence to travel.
