I am unclear of the model of the vehicle but it was gloss black in colour, chrome features and 
a new model vehicle / modern make and style.

Resides around the corner from my place of residence and in the same neighbourhood. 
4 , ROB - KMART, PORT PIRE - BUS STOP 
Monday 8th February 2016 
I was sitting at the Kmart, Port Pine bus stop waiting to catch the bus home. 
I was approached by a man who sat on the bench next to me instantly introduced himself as 
"Rob" and started a conversation with me. I did not wish to talk to this man because of the 
suspicious activity that had been occurring and stayed quiet uttering only a few words but 
stayed aloof and stand offish. I did not know this man or had sighted him in Port Pine before 
in the 16 years that I had resided in Port Pirie. 
Rob stated that he was staying in Port Pine for business at the Budget Motel, directly across 
from John Pirie High School. Rob stated that he was married but his wife was not in Port 
Pine with him. Rob stated that he was 35 years of age. 
Rob stated that he was staying in Port Pine for 1 week and asked if I would like to go back to 
the motel to drink bourbon and swim in the swimming pool. I did not know this man or 
think that it was appropriate for a married man to proposition a woman, stranger, which 
made me feel very uncomfortable and question his intentions and involvement in the 
occurring illegal activity. I declined his offer and got on the bus and left. 
In the same location at the precise time that I am in that location. 
Access to Government shared Illegal Surveillance - Sexual Targeting 
NYSTAR CONTACTOR - UNKNOWN - PERSONAL CONTACT 
While sitting in the Central Hotel, Port Pine alone I was walking towards the bar area to-
wards the back of the hotel and my attention was caught by an unknown man as a walked 
past his table. The unknown man introduced himself as Mark and asked if I wanted to join 
him and his friend at their table for a drink I agreed and sat down at the table and started a 
conversation with Mark 
Mark informed me that he resided in the compound near the Port Pine Caravan Park on the 
foreshore and that he was a contractor for Nystar, Port Pirie. 
Mark introduced me to the other man sitting at the table, his friend who's name was Andre. 
Andre started a conversation and asked if I was looking for employment. I replied "Yes, I 
was actually". Andre asked me if I would be interested in doing cleaning work at the 
compound. I replied yes, unsure of their connection to the illegal targeting activity but still 
remained cautious. Mark supplied his phone number and I left and went home. 
I had not sighted Mark in Port Pine before this time in the 16 years of residing in Port Pine. 
Exact location at the precise time I am in that location. 
yLIUSUAL ACTIVITY - TOWNSHIP - PORT PIRIE 
Unusual influx of men at the Central Hotel sitting close to my location and introducing 
themselves to me. These men were unknown to me.

Older men with white brimmed hats, or black brimmed hats sitting across, standing across 
or walking at the adjacent café's or BH Club, Port Pine watching my movements, staring or 
just watching me sitting alone.

I had not sighted these men in Port Pirie before in the 16 years of residing in Port Pirie

Police presence in every location at exact time I'm in that location when leaving my place of 
residence.

I was approached by a younger man while sitting alone at the Central Hotel, Port Pirie who 
introduced himself as Cody. Cody asked stated that he would like to take me out for a drink 
sometime and wanted to give me his phone number. I refused to take his phone number and 
left the establishment and went home.

While sitting in the Portside Tavern, Port Pink I was approached by an unknown man who 
introduced himself (I do not remember his first name but his surname was McMahon). 
This man stated that he was Natalie McMahons older brother and worked for his families 
business McMahons, Port Pirie. He stated that he would like to go out for drinks sometime 
and wanted to supply his phone number. I refused to take his phone number and left the 
establishment and went home. 
A UNKNOWN NUMBER - PHONE CALL 4 
Early Hours - Sunday Morning 
I received a phone call from an unknown number#rhe man stated that his name was "Phil"'
Following comment : "Looking for environment" 
I do not know a man named Phil. 
I did not understand what the following comment meant. 
I did not receive anymore contact from this man. 
Suspected : Phil - Port Pine Police Department / Police Officer 
Following these events I became fearful of leaving my place of residence and stayed at home 
close to my youngest son , reporting this activity continuously requesting urgent assistance 
and investigations into the documented and recorded illegal activity / targeting. 
I was constantly denied an investigation or that this activity was occurring. 
I received no assistance from any Police Departments or Departments of Ombudsman or

I had entered the Portside Tavern, Port Pine to talk to a woman who I sighted going into the 
Portside tavern, Port Pine while walking past the establishment. I had spoken to this 
woman, Italian of origin while riding the bus home to my place of residence following 
shopping for my family. We had shared a comforting conversation and the woman was very

nice to me and stated that she quite often frequented the Portside tavern, Port Pirie to have 
coffee weekly with her friends. 
When leaving the Portside Tavern, Port Pine I got into my vehicle and discovered that it 
would not start. I sighted two younger men entering the Portside Tavern, Port Pink and I 
followed them into the establishment seeking assistance to start my vehicle. 
The two younger men encouraged me to sit with them to have a drink while I waited for 
them to assist me. I sat with the two younger men in the beer garden at the Portside Tavern. 
One of the younger men introduced himself as "Mat" and stated that he resided in Western 
Australia but was in Port Pirie on holidays. (Unusual destination for tourism) 
Mat proceeded to make sexual advances and became rude in nature ( arrogant and 
aggressive) 
I became defensive and stated that I did not like his behaviour, course of conversation and 
that I was leaving. Mat then reached across the table and grabbed my wrist and stated 
"Don't you want this then" and reached down to his pants and undid his zipper and exposed 
himself indecently. Nudity of genitals. 
I became angry with him and called him a rude pig and got up to leave. Mat stood up from 
the table and grabbed my arm. I reached out with my other hand to slap his face to make 
him let me go. Mat defended himself and slammed my hand down onto the table aggressively 
and would not let me go before pushing me backwards. I fell to the ground. 
A woman that was sitting on the other table in the beer garden jumped on top of me and was 
going to fight me (hurt me). I grabbed the back of her hair and the woman froze. The 
woman's friend yelled at me "Let her go, let her go" 
I let go of the woman that was on top of me and was rushed inside to the Portside Tavern 
and told to get in the Taxi that was waiting for me. 
That evening I took photographs of the bruising I suffered to my hands and wrists from the 
conflict of the attack. 
Two weeks later I entered the Port Pirie Police Station to report the incident and get police 
assistance. 
I was taken into an interview room and spoke to Detective Leigh Gwilym - BSGT 72048

Date ; 7th December 2016 
Detective Leigh Gwilym stated that he was not able to investigate this matter because ; 
"I can't investigate as there's police officers involved" 
Detective Leigh Gwilym informed me that he was unable to investigate the report I made on 
the incident at the Portside Tavern, Port Pirie as the Security Footage was not working that 
day (Repeated pattern of denied security footage at the Portside Tavern, Port Pirie )

Detective Leigh Gwilym then proceeded to state two days after I reported the incident that 
the witness's he questioned in relation to this incident had conflicting stories to mine. 
In question : Security footage was not obtained to know who was in the beer garden to 
question as witnesses. 
I was in the beer garden not inside the establishment where the employee's of the 
establishment wersovorking - no witnesses 
Who did Detective Leigh Gwilym know who to question? 
The only witnesses to this event were myself, Mat, his friend and the two other women sitting 
at the other table, not on security footage as it was not working on the day.

In the previous weeks I have experienced the suspicion of the Illegal Sexual Targeting operating 
from within your establishment once more and am putting forth an official complaint of this 
suspected activity that I have experienced while attending your establishment on personal 
matters. 
As a consequence of the suspicious Illegal Activity of this threatening illegal behaviour being 
conducted by various men within the township of Port Pirie I am requesting a copy of the security 
totage of your establishment dated between the dates of 2 / 09 / 2016 to the 201 09 / 2016, 
which would portray my presence and activity's while frequenting your establishment with the 
suspected parties of this illegal activity. 
I would appreciate your consideration and this request being fulfilled as evidence for my own 
records as this illegal activity has been present and active within my personal life over a long 
period of time and I am seeking legalities in regards to this ongoing activity.
