contributing to creating financial stress and hardship to the targeted victim 
SA Housing, Port Pine - Creating Fraudulent debts of Rental housing bond assistance - Conspiring with a 
Real Estate Agent to create fraudulent housing bond debts - Professionals Real Estate, Port Pine claimed 
a bond through SA Housing, Port Pine that did not exist, the rental housing bond was paid for in cash and 
was not a SA Housing bond assistance of $950.00. SA Housing created the Fraudulent debt claiming it 
was a SA Housing bond assistance bond and charged the targeted victim with the debt as payment instal-
ments of the debt - Money laundering through Government services - Contributing to create financial 
stress and hardship to the victim resulting in reduced living finances - Creating Fraudulent debts that did 
not exist with the Department 
Townsville CC Parking, Queensland - Electricity account I Utilities - Obtained in 2016 - 2008 - 2016 contin-
uous excessive rise in utility accounts from $100.00 a quarter to over $600.00 a quarter, reported to the 
Energy Ombudsman which remained unresolved. 2016 obtained the evidence of police involvement in 
creating Fraudulent debts through utility accounts and illegally remotely accessing servers of Telecommu-
nication systems and account, involving Electricity accounts - Origin electricity account scanned barcode 
in the Kadina Port Office as Townsville CC Parking, Queensland, evidence of Police targeting the targeted 
victim and police money laundering through utility accounts - Connections SAPOL, Port Pirie Police De-

msgs / Telecommunication Systems, I sought a relationship on an online dating site RSVP.

I had met George Georgio on RSVP / Online dating site - Bank statement records 
After speaking via the online dating sites messenger, exchanging phone numbers / text 
messages , personal email accounts for a couple of months we had decided to meet in person. 
I agreed to meet him as I believed that we were in the first stages of beginning a relationship. 
George Georgio had sent me a phottof 
himself through our personal email contact. 
I had contacted my mother, Cynthia, 
Kadina and informed her that I had met a nice 
man on the internet who resided in Melbourne and we had decided to meet, that he was 
flying from Melbourne to Port Pirie to stay for a weekend to spend time together and get to 
know one another. I sent an email to my mothers email address containing the photograph of 
George Georgio but at the moment I sent the email my mothers computer crashed and her 
computer had to be sent for repairs. She did not receive the email containing the 
photograph. 
The first arrangement of our meeting in person was cancelled due to the fact that George 
had stated that his father was involved in a car accident - was T-Boned as his car travelled 
through a set of traffic lights in Melbourne and he had been taken to hospital suffering 
minor injuries but was recovering well. George seemed emotionally upset by his fathers 
accident as I spoke to him several times on the phone during that time. 
One of the phone calls as I tried to call him was diverted to a call centre which I found odd. 
George had called me back in relation to the missed call. 
George Georgio and I made further arrangements in relation to us meeting in person a few 
weeks after the events of his fathers car accident. We had made the arrangements via the

I entered the Adelaide Airport and was told by George Georgio via mobile phone to meet 
him near Gate 19. I had rang George Georgio on my mobile phone as I could not locate him 
within the airport and he informed me that I should stand near the shop glass window near 
the boarding area - shopping area foyer / Book shop 
After meeting we left the Adelaide Airport and I drove George Georgio back towards Port 
Pirie. We stopped at a pub in Lower Light off the highway and stayed for about an hour 
while we dined and consumed a couple of drinks. George Georgio was very polite and had 
spoken in detail of his previously owned business dealings with multi million dollar 
Companies, living a lavish lifestyle and of a previous break down of a relationship that had 
left him financially hard shipped, had lost everything, of which he had to re-build his life by 
becoming a teacher and lecturer of machine operating, which he found challenging and 
enjoyable. 
George Georgio had stayed at my place of residence,

various activities together within the township, as I believed we were starting a relationship. 
Activities over the weekend:

Blockbuster Video - Hired movies to watch that evening together 
We were served by employee of Blockbuster Video, Port Pirie by Marta Newman and 
sighted together by this employee. 
Marta Newman and I were personally involved / friendship - Phone records 
She had asked me after that weekend : "Who was that nice younger man that you were with 
when you came into Blockbuster?" 
During that weekend George Georgio informed me (of which he had not stated during our 
numerous interactions via mobile phone and email) that he lived with a female whom 
worked in the Mining Industry, but that they were just good friends. Over the that weekend 
George Georgio had stayed in constant continuous contact with this woman via text 
messages and mobile phone contact, which I found to be disrespectful, odd and too close for 
comfort, in regards to his statement that they were only just friends. I questioned in my mind 
this interaction - Womanising behaviour / lying 
SEXUAL ABUSE / RAPE - UNSUSPECTING VICTIM / WITHOUT KNOWLEDGE OR 
CONSENT OF SEXUAL TARGETING - WITHOUT CONSENT 
morning whilst I slept along side George Georgio in my bed -
I was suddenly awoken by the touch of George Georgio having sex with 
me while s ept an did not have time to react to stop his penetration before he had finished. 
A matter of minutes between start and finish of penetration. 
I had not planned or consented to having sex with George Georgio as I believed that we were

in the starting period of a relationship and was not looking for a sexual relationship before 
knowing each other further. Sex without my consent or knowledge of sexual targeting. 
UNUSUAL COMMENT: 
Geor e Geor *o had made  the comment : "Mistress" 
I did not question this comment but had found it questionable and odd. I did not understand 
what he had meant by this comment. 
On the Sunday, late morning I drove George Georgio back to Adelaide to go to the Adelaide 
Airport to for his flight back to Melbourne. We stopped at a Pizza Café within the 
metropolitan area CBD of Adelaide / corner café on an intersection, traffic lights on the left 
hand side heading towards the city / sidewalk dining available. George Georgio had spoken 
to the woman he shared the apartment with during our meal and had spoken affectionate]) 
towards her, affectionate words ; Darling / sweetheart 
I found this odd and stared at him as if unimpressed which made him nervous in my 
company. 
I then proceeded to drive George Georgio to the Adelaide Airport and dropped him off at 
the drive way to the entrance of the airport. 
George Georgio had stated : "I'll be back sooner than you think" 
I said goodbye to George Georgio and drove back to Port Pine.

During our interactions driving to the CBD "David" (Vincent Bulone) informed me that he

Vincent Bulone then proceeded to inform me that the woman involved in the photographs on 
the dating site were photographs of a Prostitute named Sophia that he was involved with. 
Vincent Bulone informed me that he paid $600.00 for 2 hours of her sexual services

I felt disgusted in this behaviour of interacting with Prostitutes and felt an instant loss of 
respect for Vincent Bulone  who had portrayed himself as dignified, respectful, honourable 
and a gentleman during our phone interaction before meeting. 
I tried to understand his position and interaction with a prostitute for sex and continued to 
get to know him. We had breakfast in a café in the Adelaide CBD then proceeded to go for a 
drive around the Adelaide foreshores as we interacted and got to know one another more. 
We returned to the Scotty's Motel, Adelaide where we drank wine together and ordered a 
take away meal from an Indian Restaurant. 
Vincent Bulone portrayed himself as charming, well educated and seeking a relationship. 
Vincent Bulone stayed with me that night at the Scotty's Motel, Adelaide and we arranged to 
meet the following weekend in Kadina. 
We continued to interact via text messages on an everyday basis leading up to the following 
weekend. Vincent Bulone booked a motel room online at the Gateway Motel, Kadina for our 
next meeting. I met Vincent Bulone at the Gateway Motel, Kadina Saturday morning. 
We proceeded to go for brunch in Moonta SA. I believed that we were starting a 
relationship. 
Following this we continued to meet even' weekend at the Gateway Motel, Kadina and then 
at the Wallaroo Apartments, Wallaroo SA. Vincent Bulone proceeded to tell me that he 
loved me and spoke to me as if we had started a relationship and led me to believe that we 
had. 
During a interaction at the Gateway Motel, Kadina we dined at the Italian Restaurant, 
Bellagio, Kadina in which Vincent Bulone displayed womanising behaviour and disrespect 
against me by inappropriate womanising behaviour with a female staff member, waitress. 
I scolded Vincent Bulone about this behaviour when we returned to the motel room, which 
Vincent Bulone acknowledged this behaviour was inappropriate and apologised for his 
behaviour. Refer to Psychological Report - Relationship Stresses / Womanising behaviour 
I continued to date Vincent Bulone for another 3 months, interacting with him daily via text 
messages on a phone number that he had given me when referred to him from the dating site 
from the portrayed woman as his partner. 
During a weekend together after a 3 month period at the Wallaroo Apartments Vincent 
Bulone confessed that he was in a relationship with a woman in Sweden. 
I had spoken to him about moving to Adelaide to live. Vincent Bulone stated that I could stay 
with him at 
but I would have to leave when his partner flew

He stated that the relationship was not a happy one and he didn't want to be in that 
relationship anymore.

development. I gained employment in the local area of Kadina and sought a publishing

Told me that he had bought her a present - a silk scarf - he had also bought a silk scarf for me 
when we first starting dating - I told him that it was inappropriate and personal and as he had 
bought one for me does he do that with all the women and I said it was now nothing special and 
had no special meaning and that I would not now ever wear it. He denied that he was doing 
anything wrong. 
I went to a university conference. Robbie Davies was there, I walked up to join Vincent's PA who 
was standing with her talking, I was visible to Robbie Davies. She would not look at me and held

Kept getting sms messages at the same time every night when he got home from work - was 
acting strangely and suspiciously - He never spoke about Annie to me or mentioned her name. 
I found his behaviour odd and suspicious and relating to previous behaviour so I checked his sms 
messages on his tablet that were connected to his phone. I found numerous messages to Annie -
meeting her for lunch constantly - lots of interaction - picking her up from another location of 
campus in my red car that he had bought for me and telling her that he missed her - I felt

joke - seemed nervous and defensive - we argued - told him he was lying to me, hiding things and 
it was inappropriate behaviour in a relationship, that he was hurting me.

He disconnected his phone from the tablet so no sms messages could be seen on it and changed 
his password when he travelled next.

asked me to stop drinking - I quit for nearly a year - He also asked me to quit cigarettes - I did for 
nearly 7 months - he was doing this at work while I sat alone at home waiting for him to come 
home at the end of everyday.

claimed by Vincent that he had not seen her before. 
This woman was recognised as the woman that I met during the Sexual Targeting of David Johnson in 
2011. 
I met this woman in Rcnmark at David Johnson's work site, Diesel Mechanic Position, who David 
explained was a member of a band in Renmark who he use to aid and assist in the setup of the bands 
instruments in the local pubs and clubs. David Johnson informed me that he had been given a T-Shirt by 
this band as their appreciation. 
In connection with Government and Police Targeting involving Sexual Targeting over a 14 year period, 
stated as Government Prostitution by Paul Gardner in 2014 - 2015. Vincent Bulonc and David Johnson 
involved in Government Sexual Targeting and are known and in connection with each person involved in 
the Sexual targeting and to each other . The woman at the restaurant is involved in the sexual targeting of 
an individual over a 14 year period and involved in Government and Police Targeting of an Individual over 
a 27 year period involving Illegal Surveillance, and Shared Illegal Surveillance of the Privacy of the victims
